How SoRoster handles personal data.

Data we collect
When you create an account we store your email and a hashed identifier from your auth provider. When you create a roster, we store the questions and any responses you receive.
How recipients' data is used
Recipient responses (name, address, sizes, dietary preferences, notes) are used solely to fulfill the merch order organized by your team. They are never used for advertising and never shared with third parties beyond your chosen fulfillment workflow.
Transactional emails are sent via Mailgun. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time, and suppressions are honored across all future sends.
Your rights
Recipients can view, edit and withdraw their response from their private link. Organizers can delete a roster, which removes all associated responses.
