Do I need to install anything?

No. SoRoster runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. Recipients don't need an account.

How is SoRoster different from a Google Form or Typeform?

Generic form tools collect text answers. SoRoster is purpose-built for merch logistics: it understands products with sizes and variants, generates per-recipient invite links, gives you a live size and dietary breakdown, and exports an order-ready CSV. Recipients can also come back and edit their answer until the deadline.

Yes. The recipient form is mobile-first and typically takes under 60 seconds to complete from a phone.

Where is my data stored?

Your data lives in your Lovable Cloud (Supabase) project. Roles and access are enforced via row-level security with security-definer functions.

Is there a GDPR consent step?

Yes. Recipients explicitly consent to their data being used for the merch order, and they can edit or withdraw their response from their private link.

Every transactional email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Suppressions are honored across all future sends.

Yes. Their private link works until the roster closes. They can update sizes, addresses and dietary preferences anytime.

Yes. Choose between a public link (anyone with the link can submit) or invite-only with a personal token per recipient.
