    Launched a public glossary, head-to-head comparison pages (vs. Google Forms, vs. Typeform) and an evergreen guides hub covering swag onboarding, GDPR-safe data collection and size charts.

    Full SEO + GEO overhaul

    Added Schema.org JSON-LD across every public page (Organization, SoftwareApplication, FAQPage, HowTo, Article, BreadcrumbList), rich llms.txt + llms-full.txt for answer engines, and explicit allow rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot.

    Removed the pricing page

    SoRoster is free for HR and ops teams of any size — the standalone pricing page was redundant and removed in favour of a clear free-forever message in the hero and FAQ.

    Export every roster as a flat CSV with one row per recipient and columns ready for 3PLs and merch vendors — no reformatting needed.

    Each recipient now gets a unique private link they can reopen and edit until the roster closes, eliminating duplicate submissions.
